Role & responsibilities:
Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and mechanical equipment.
Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and minimum downtime.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules, shutdown planning and equipment improvement initiatives.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions for recurring failures.
Manage maintenance team, contractors, spares and maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory and plant maintenance standards.
Preferred candidate profile BE/BTech Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical with 10+ years of exp.
