Coordination, approval and independent execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensuring high plant availability and expanding the TPM system
Skilled and personal development of subordinate staff
Monitoring and enforcing health and safety at work.

Key Skills Required:
Very valuable written and spoken German & English
Min 3 years of practical experience in the maintenance of production machinery and plant.
Experience in managing a maintenance team within a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive sector.
Knowledge of control and regulation technology, electrical engineering, and electromechanics.

Experience with lean management methods.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety.

Educational Qualifications:
Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Training as an industrial foreman or technician
