Role & Responsibilities
Perform post-processing of engine test-bench measurement data using DIAdem, FEValys, AVL CONCERTO, Uniplot or equivalent tools.
Analyze engine-performance measurements and engineering test results.
Perform signal analysis, data filtering, statistical/trend analysis, correlation analysis and RCA.
Identify abnormal behavior, performance deviations and potential failure patterns.
Develop Python scripts for measurement-data processing, automation and integration.
Automate repetitive test-data analysis, extraction and engineering reporting activities.
Support engine-performance assessment, test correlation and product validation.
Maintain measurement databases and perform data-quality and consistency checks.
Generate accurate engineering reports using Excel, PowerPoint and visualization tools.
Support failure investigations and engineering problem-solving activities.
Collaborate with Testing, Validation, Powertrain and Engineering teams.
Support predictive analytics,



pattern recognition and AI-assisted engineering analytics.
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of measurement/reporting processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile
38 years of relevant experience in Automotive / Powertrain / Engine Testing / Measurement Data Analytics.
Hands-on experience with DIAdem / FEValys or equivalent post-processing tools such as AVL CONCERTO / Uniplot.
Solid knowledge of Engine Test Bench, Combustion Engine and Engine Performance Measurements.
Valuable hands-on experience in Python scripting and automation.
Experience in signal analysis, measurement-data processing, statistical analysis and RCA.
Knowledge of test correlation, validation and technical reporting.
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Automotive, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline preferred.
