Manager IT

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain IT strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives.
Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and priorities.
Ensure IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain and improve IT service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of IT project delivery and leadership.
Solid technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Technical Skills & Experience:
IT service management frameworks (ITIL,



ISO 20000).
IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
IT service desk and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA).
IT infrastructure and security.
Cloud migration and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
ITIL v4 certification.
Experience with IT service management and ITSM.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
