Miniature Painting & 3D Printing Assistant

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Art Student / Fine Arts candidate to join our team and work on miniature painting, 3D printed models, sculptures, prototypes and customized products.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for painting and finishing miniature models and also assisting with the day-to-day handling of our 3D printing section.

Responsibilities
Painting miniature models, figurines, sculptures and 3D printed products
Fine detailing using brushes, acrylic paints, airbrush or other finishing techniques
Colour mixing, shading, highlighting and realistic finishing
Cleaning, sanding and preparing 3D printed parts before painting
Basic handling and monitoring of 3D printers
Removing supports and carrying out post-processing of printed models
Checking models for printing defects and surface quality
Maintaining paints, brushes, tools, printers and the work area
Assisting in prototype development and customized creative projects
Working with the design team to achieve the required colours and finishing
Learning new painting, sculpting and 3D printing techniques as required

Candidate Profile We prefer candidates from backgrounds such as:
Fine Arts
Visual Arts
Painting
Sculpture
Applied Arts
Animation / Model Making




Art & Design students
Candidates with strong drawing, painting or craft skills

Freshers and students with good artistic skills are welcome to apply. Previous experience with 3D printing is not mandatory. Training can be provided. Candidates should, however, have a genuine interest in learning 3D printing and model-making.
