Should be comfortable managing a team, reviewing junior team members' work, and maintaining quality standards.
Experience working closely with senior management, promoters, external legal counsels, business teams and other stakeholders.
Solid process orientation with experience in trackers, checklists, MIS, reporting and approval workflows.
Should take ownership of overall team deliverables, not just individual assignments.
Proactive in reporting completed work, pending matters and compliance/process status.
Comfortable handling a quick-paced, high-volume, multi-entity workplace.

Experience: 4–6 years

We are looking for a hands-on legal professional with solid team management, corporate/commercial law and process governance experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review the work of the legal team and ensure quality and timely execution.
Handle corporate & commercial legal matters, contracts and negotiations.
Manage litigation, due diligence, corporate transactions, restructuring, M&A;, SPA, SHA, SSA and NDA matters.
Advise on real estate/property, IPR and legal risk matters.
Coordinate with senior management, promoters, external counsel and business teams.
Maintain trackers, MIS, documentation and reporting processes.
