Handle day-to-day cashless claim-related activities efficiently.
Verify and validate information submitted by insured members.
Manage communication and address queries from customers/providers via email and phone.
Process and adjudicate claims as per policy terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates with or without experience who are interested in building a career in the healthcare domain are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners preferred (notice period can be discussed).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
