About the Role:

We’re building a rapid, tech-enabled healthcare experience within quick commerce. As a Medical Officer, you’ll handle short telephonic consultations with customers who order prescription medicines and ensure orders are clinically appropriate before fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

Call customers for medicine/order verification.
Ask basic clinical questions such as who the medicine is for, age, symptoms/condition, existing medications and relevant medical history.
Review prescriptions and assess whether the medicine/order is appropriate based on the information provided.
Issue/approve prescriptions where clinically appropriate, in accordance with applicable regulations and company SOPs.
Identify cases requiring additional consultation or escalation.
Maintain accurate records of consultations and prescriptions.

What we’re looking for:
MBBS with valid medical registration.
Solid communication skills and a patient-first approach.
Comfortable with high-volume, short-duration telephonic consultations.
Valuable understanding of commonly prescribed medicines and basic clinical assessment.
