Key Responsibilities
Develop recent beverage recipes and presentations.
Develop product applications and support menu enhancement.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Troubleshoot product/application-related issues.
Conduct product and application training for customers.
Participate in beverage-related events.
Conduct customer visits and prepare visit reports.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
