Job Title: MIS Analyst

Location: Bangalore HO, India

Reports To: MIS Manager

Job Type: Off-Role

Job Requirements
25 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or business operations.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables,

lookups, data cleaning, data validation, and visualization.
Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and other Microsoft tools.
Experience in the FMCG industry, with an understanding of sales, distribution,

inventory, targets, achievements, and related business reporting.
Solid hands-on experience with Excel and large datasets.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales,

Operations, Marketing, IT, and E-commerce teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and

improve or automate reporting processes.
Ability to independently build reports and dashboards rather than simply following

predefined formats.




Experience creating management dashboards and KPI reports.
Valuable understanding of sales-related metrics.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the

FMCG industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables,

and data visualization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of any additional regional

language will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a rapid-paced setting.
Good understanding of FMCG business processes and reporting requirements
