Qualification:-
MBA in Marketing, Sales or Relevant Field
MBA from a recognized university/institution.
Knowledge of wire and wire products will be preferred.
Experience
3–4 Years of Relevant Sales Experience
Experience in Steel Wire, GI Wire or Wire Products will be preferred.
Salary · ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Salary will be based on qualification, experience and technical competency.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to manage customer relationships, develop recent business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
The candidate should have good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills, along with knowledge of the wire industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing customers and develop current customers.
Generate recent business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
Conduct customer visits and market development activities.
Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and Dispatch teams.
Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
Maintain sales reports and MIS.
Support the Sales Manager in business development activities.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship and business development skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of Steel Wire, GI Wire and Wire Products.
Good MS Excel and sales reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with 3–4 years of sales experience in the Steel Wire, GI Wire or Wire Products industry will be preferred.
The candidate should be confident, customer-focused and capable of independently handling customers and sales activities.
