About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, audience targeting, daily optimization, budget management, landing page testing and driving customer acquisition and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimise budgets, bids, creatives and audience targeting.
Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Develop high-performing ad creatives, ad copy and landing pages.
Build landing pages, waitlist pages,



and promo pages with explicit hero

sections, CTAs, and conversion-focused layouts.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends and performance marketing best practices.
Implement and evaluate A/B tests for ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Robust understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising and paid media best practices.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics
Ability to make strategic decisions that align marketing performance with broader business goals.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to test, learn and implement current ideas to drive business growth.
