Role & Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automated MIS reports and executive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SQL-based data sources.
Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to define key metrics, KPIs, and SLAs that align with business goals.
Identify data quality issues, recommend fixes, and implement validation rules to improve reporting reliability.
Automate recurring reports using Macros, VBA,



or Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
Present insights to stakeholders through explicit, data-driven presentations and visual storyboards that influence strategy.
