CE Comfort Engineers is looking for a Mechanical Billing Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing project billing, quantity measurements, BOQs, client bills and supporting commercial activities for mechanical/MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare RA Bills, client bills and subcontractor bills as per project progress.
Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, measurements and BOQs.
Check work quantities against approved drawings, BOQ and site measurements.
Coordinate with the site/project team for measurement and billing requirements.
Prepare measurement sheets, abstracts and supporting documents for billing.
Verify material consumption and executed quantities at site.
Track billing progress and maintain proper billing records and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors regarding billing and measurements.
Identify quantity variations and support variation/change order documentation.
Ensure bills are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical/MEP billing.
Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements and RA billing.
Knowledge of mechanical/MEP drawings and site execution.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at the Vadodara project site.
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in industrial MEP/mechanical projects, piping, HVAC or mechanical installation billing will be preferred.
