Full Time – Days The manager is accountable and responsible 24 hours a day for managing and demonstrating leadership skills in the systems management of practice and/or operations issues. These activities should ensure appropriate outcomes and productive, effective team processes guiding activities of the area including, but not limited to, the staff, workplace, and patients.

Responsibilities
Provides essential management functions to assure effective day-to-day operations.
Facilitates the development and implementation of team processes.
Mentors staff through performance feedback processes.

Qualifications

Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Graduate of an accredited program
Preferred: Master’s Degree

Experience
Four (4) years in the specified clinical area or specified operational experience

Licensure
Mississippi Nursing License, or Compact Accepted

Skills
Valuable written communication skills
Team building skills with accountability to those team
