About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Vendor Procurement to manage vendor sourcing and partnerships for BTL campaigns and execution activities, ensuring competitive costs, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard vendors for BTL campaigns and execution
Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, branding, promotional materials, installations, and other BTL requirements
Negotiate commercials, contracts, and SLAs
Manage vendor performance, quality, timelines, and costs
Build and maintain a solid vendor network across cities
Drive cost optimization without compromising quality
Work closely with Execution & Operations teams
Track vendor KPIs and compliance
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management, or BTL execution
Experience handling BTL vendors and campaign execution
Solid negotiation and commercial skills
Valuable vendor relationship & stakeholder management skills
Strong Excel/data tracking skills
