The Mechanical Design Engineer will work with a multidisciplinary team as part of the recent product development cycle, from concept design and prototyping through commercialization. The role involves designing engineering components, preparing 3D models and fabrication drawings, and supporting manufacturing and assembly processes using CAD software such as Solid Edge.
Key Responsibilities
Design parts, components, and assemblies as per project requirements.
Create 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Provide technical support for product development, manufacturing, and process improvement activities.
Develop and evaluate feasibility and testing methods for products and systems.
Assist in developing manufacturing and assembly processes by designing or modifying equipment.
Ensure product and system quality through testing and validation processes.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and machinists during development and manufacturing stages.
Prepare technical reports by analyzing engineering data and trends.
Required Skills
Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Solid Edge.

Qualification
