Designation: Associate Project Engineer/Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Create, modify, and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using Creo and other CAD tools.
Manage engineering data, drawings, and product documentation in Windchill PLM.
Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design requirements to support product development activities.
Support design, development, and continuous improvement initiatives for IC Engine components and related systems.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design records, reports, and engineering change documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, testing, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Analyze engineering problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Contribute to process improvement, productivity enhancement, and automation initiatives.
Deliver assigned tasks within defined timelines, quality standards,



and performance expectations.

Skill and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Automobile Engineering.
3 to 4 years of experience in the Automobile or Auto Component Industry.
Proficient in Windchill, Creo, and 3D CAD software.
Robust understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical terminology.
Valuable knowledge of IC Engines and their components.
Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation and engineering records.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
Agile mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements.
