Build and customize Odoo modules end-to-end as part of our delivery team. Youll own module development, customization, and bug-fixing across recent Odoo versions, with active involvement in technical architecture and code-quality decisions.
Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to Odoo development projects
recent modules and customizations
Translate scope documents into low-level requirement docs with cross-functional teams
Solve performance, debugging, and architectural challenges in Odoo
Reuse Odoo core features wherever possible to meet scope objectives
Follow Git source-control workflow and secure-development best practices
Requirements
Solid Python + programming fundamentals; full grasp of the Odoo framework and core data models
Hands-on with current Odoo versions, version migration, and debugging
Front-end: XML + OWL framework, view customization, widgets, wizards, JS, QWeb reports
PostgreSQL + SQL fluency; data import via Odoo and custom Python scripts
Git, Linux, and robust written + spoken English
