Key Responsibilities
Create a protected, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
Plan and conduct Montessori-based activities appropriate for children's age and development.
Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development.
Observe and understand individual learning needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper classroom management.
Develop teaching materials and creative learning activities.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
Maintain attendance,
activity records, and student-related documentation.
Participate in school events, activities, and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field.
Montessori training/certification will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude toward children.
Ability to manage young learners effectively.
Freshers with a genuine interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
