Qualifications
Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) settings, including monitoring, incident management, and maintaining service uptime.
Solid Network Administration skills, covering configuration, maintenance, and optimization of routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex network and system issues, with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions.
Hands-on Technical Support experience, including handling tickets, supporting end users, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices, such as firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security monitoring.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in NOC or network engineering roles.
Familiarity with common monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based processes.
Solid analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Network+) and a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field are preferred.
