A Mother Teacher is responsible for handling all subjects for a specific class, creating a warm and secure environment, and building solid teacher-student bonds in the formative years of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach all core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) to one assigned section
Create a positive, child-friendly classroom workplace
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
Foster emotional and social development
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
Participate in school activities and training programs

Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with English or Education background)
D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (mandatory)
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in primary classes (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,751.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
