Bridge between business needs and Odoo configuration. You'll own requirement analysis, configuration, end-user training, and BRD/functional documentation across full ERP implementation lifecycles - and act as the consultant who advises clients on Odoo best practices.
Responsibilities
Map customer business processes to Odoo modules; configure and customize accordingly
Author BRDs, functional specifications, test cases, and SOPs
Run end-to-end implementations including GAP analysis and prototypes
Coordinate with developers, follow up on builds, and validate modules through testing
Deliver end-user training and present ERP solutions to high-profile clients
Requirements
1+ years on a major ERP
Odoo, ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Solid functional knowledge of every Odoo module
Excellent English communication and documentation skills
Solution-driven, hands-on attitude with initiative and creativity
