We are looking for a friendly, responsive, and sales-oriented person to manage our Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries, assist customers with their requirements, and convert online enquiries into orders.
Reply to customer messages and enquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
Share product details, pricing, samples, and quotations
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
Handle the complete online sales process from enquiry to order confirmation
Coordinate with the design and production teams when required
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed orders
Respond to customers professionally and promptly
Skills Required Positive communication skills in English and Hindi or Tamil
Valuable sales and convincing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries
Freshers can apply. Experience in online sales/customer support will be an added advantage.
