SPRS Solutions Private Limited is seeking a agile and results-driven BFSI Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients.

Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and corporate BFSI clients to understand exact technical and cultural requirements.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize specialized channels, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter), headhunting, and skilled networks to source niche financial talent.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct rigorous preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical domain knowledge, regulatory awareness, and cultural fit.
Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure all recruitment processes align with company compliance and maintain daily/weekly hiring trackers.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 4 years of dedicated recruitment experience specifically within the BFSI domain (Agency or Corporate).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to effectively engage high-caliber financial professionals.
Aptitude: High energy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
