Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily/weekly/monthly D2C MIS and performance dashboards.
Track revenue, orders, traffic, CVR, AOV, inventory, returns and fulfilment.
Analyse performance vs targets and highlight gaps, risks and insights.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams.
Track action items, launches, campaigns and operational issues till closure.
Requirements:
Solid Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience in D2C, E-commerce, MIS or Business Analytics.
Robust analytical, communication and follow-up skills.
Shopify, GA4, CRM or Power BI exposure is an advantage.
