Role: Operations Manager

Compensation: ₹20,00,000 per year The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day food business operations, including inventory, procurement, supply chain, logistics, distribution, staff coordination, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely customer deliveries.
Improve operational processes and productivity.
Track costs, inventory levels, and performance metrics.




Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Maintain food safety, quality, and operational compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and customers.
Support continuous improvement and business growth.

Qualifications
Experience in operations, supply chain, food distribution, retail, or logistics.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing teams and daily operations.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational software.
Robust communication and vendor-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
