We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and highly motivated Placement Executive who can take responsibility for creating and coordinating placement opportunities for our trained students and developing strong relationships with software companies for fresher recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate relevant job and placement opportunities for EjobIndia students, particularly fresher and entry-level opportunities in the software/IT industry.
Arrange, coordinate, and facilitate interviews, recruitment drives, assessments, and selection processes for trained students with software companies.
Proactively identify fresher vacancies through job portals, LinkedIn, company career pages, recruitment platforms, professional networks, online communities, and other relevant sources .
Regularly follow up with EjobIndia's existing network of 200+ software companies to identify their current and upcoming fresher hiring requirements.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with HR representatives, recruiters, Talent Acquisition professionals, hiring managers, and other company representatives .
Make regular outbound calls, emails, and professional communications to companies to generate placement opportunities.




Approach new companies and establish new corporate contacts, recruitment relationships, and placement tie-ups .
Understand the specific job requirements, eligibility criteria, technical skills, experience requirements, and hiring expectations of companies and identify suitable student profiles accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that appropriate student profiles/CVs are shared with prospective employers within the required timelines .
Visit companies personally whenever required to develop relationships, understand hiring requirements, and explore recruitment opportunities .
Work independently and take ownership of placement targets, employer follow-ups, and day-to-day placement activities.

Key Eligibility Criteria –
Candidates with direct and demonstrable experience/exposure specifically in PLACEMENT activities will be given prime consideration for this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduation or above.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Placement.
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Compensation:
Up to 3 LPA
