We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for network maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day network operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network-related issues.
Handle network incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.
Perform network configuration and basic troubleshooting of Cisco devices.
Diagnose connectivity, routing, switching, and related network issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely issue resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of network incidents and activities.
Provide in office technical support as required.
Ensure network services are available and functioning efficiently.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Networking fundamentals.
Hands-on knowledge of Cisco networking devices.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Switching & Routing.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer-facing / IT support experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
Option 1:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Computer Science / IT with minimum 1 year of experience in Network Maintenance/Support along with CCNA certification.
OR
Option 2:
Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science / IT with minimum 2 years of experience in Network Maintenance/Support along with CCNA certification.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer or above.
Candidates with experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Support / IT Services are preferred.
