Role :- MIS Operation

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Affluent Banking business.
Analyze customer, sales, portfolio, and productivity data to support decision-making.
Track business performance against targets and share actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across various systems.
Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other MIS tools.
Coordinate with business, operations, finance, and technology teams for data requirements.
Monitor KPIs, customer acquisition, revenue, and portfolio growth metrics.
Support management with presentations, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews.




Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Eligibility
Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1 to 5+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or banking operations.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and automation tools is preferred.
Positive analytical and communication skills.
