Key Responsibilities
Maintain University → Programme → Batch → Semester → Student masters
Consolidate operational data across university and Future First systems
Maintain student onboarding and progression MIS
Track academic coordination metrics
Track Student Support volumes, SLA and ageing
Track higher-semester fee collection and continuation
Track LMS access/activity and relevant learner data
Build university-wise and management dashboards
Reconcile CRM, LMS, Finance and university data
Identify discrepancies and drive closure
Produce weekly/monthly operational MIS
Highlight exceptions, risks and trends requiring action
Establish common data definitions and reporting formats
Automate recurring reporting wherever possible
Support university reviews with relevant data
Qualification:
Master’s / Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience
4 to 7 Years
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
