Job Summary

Secure Line Assurance IMF Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven and results-oriented Operations Manager – Insurance to join our team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day insurance operations, streamline client service delivery, manage policy processes, and support overall business growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring productive service execution, policy compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management
End-to-End Workflow Execution: Oversee daily operations including policy issuance, endorsements, premium processing, and renewals.
Claims Operations: Coordinate with insurers and clients to manage the claims process, ensuring quick turnaround times and proper documentation.
Service Quality: Establish and enforce operational SLAs to deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality customer service.
Process Automation: Maintain and update operational tracking systems to enhance administrative accuracy and reporting.

Team Leadership & Coordination




Supervise and mentor the operations team to maintain smooth workflows and achieve daily execution targets.
Serve as the key operational bridge between sales teams, administrative staff, and partner insurance companies.

Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines, internal policies, and data security protocols.
Maintain accurate records and documentation registers for audit readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or insurance operations software.
Core Competencies: Robust organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication capabilities.

Pay: ₹15,473.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
