Job Title: Non-IT Sales Recruiter

Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Non-IT Sales Recruiter responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and securing non-IT staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for non-IT staffing services.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
Contact prospective clients and introduce staffing and recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and business partners.
Understand client hiring needs and generate new job requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms with clients.
Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through closure.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development targets.




Coordinate with the recruiting team to fulfill client requirements and support successful placements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, requirements, and sales activities.
Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business.

Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in Staffing Sales, Recruitment Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience selling staffing/recruitment services, preferably in non-IT industries.
Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, and client-acquisition skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to generate recent business independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, job portals, and lead-generation tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
