We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Operations Head to lead a large field workforce of 150–250 employees across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operations, people management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate large field teams.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, productivity and performance.
Manage operations across multiple locations.
Set up and stabilize recent sites.
Identify recent clients and business opportunities.
Handle client relationships and support commercial negotiations.
Monitor operational costs, quality and targets.
Travel frequently for site visits,
team management and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
5–10+ years of operations experience.
Experience managing 150+ field/blue-collar/semi-skilled employees.
Exposure to business development/client acquisition.
Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with frequent multi-city travel.
Experience in data collection, market research, BPO/ITES or similar field operations is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
