Las Hermanas, a premium Goan Mexican restaurant on wheels concept (Food Truck) looking for Operations Manager.

Supervise staff, assign shifts, and monitor attendance and performance.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are maintained.

Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and supplier coordination.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling, expenses, and basic operational reports.

Coordinate truck locations, events, deliveries, and service schedules.

Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

Minimize food waste and control operational costs.

Train recent employees and ensure SOPs are followed.

Coordinate with the owner/management on sales targets and operational improvements.

Ensure the truck, equipment, and workspace are clean, secure, and properly maintained.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
