Having 4+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry Design Domain with Diploma in Tool Die Making or Post Graduate Engineering
What you ll do at Aditya:
Create 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings
Ensure tooling meets automotive quality standards and cycle-time targets
Ensure the production of the Parts produced Customer Expectations
DFM Feasibility, Parting Line Details, Draft Analysis, and MouldFlow Analysis
Here s what we are looking for:
Valuable Knowledge Design plastic injection molds, press tools, for automotive components
Develop mold assembly layouts, cooling circuits,
ejector systems, sliders, lifters, and gating systems
Coordinate with product design, manufacturing, tooling, and quality teams
Modify molds after trial runs and production feedback

Software Creo 11.0.3.0 Knowledge
Sound Knowledge in Customer Quality Delivery performance
Language Known : English Tamil
