Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Multitec 10-color flexographic printing presses to meet daily production schedules.
Setup & Adjustments: Mount printing plates, adjust cylinders, set up anilox rollers, and load appropriate substrates/materials according to job order specifications.
Ink Management: Prepare, mix, and test UV or solvent-based inks, managing viscosity and color consistency throughout the run.
Quality Control: Monitor color registration, clarity, and alignment continuously, performing regular in-process quality checks to minimize waste and defects.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine daily/preventative maintenance, clean machine components, and diagnose common mechanical or print registration issues.
Safety & Compliance: Follow factory safety rules, and maintain a clean workspace around the printing press.
