Manage end-to-end OT operations including scheduling, case flow, room readiness, and coordination with surgical and support teams.
Ensure full compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, WHO Surgical Safety Checklist, and all OT safety protocols.
Lead and develop OT nursing, technical and anesthesia teams through effective rostering, training, competency checks, and performance management.
Oversee OT inventory, instruments, implants, consumables, and equipment handling & maintenance along with coordination with CSSD and Biomedical teams.
Review daily MIS, support budgeting and procurement, and collaborate with all clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth surgical workflow and patient movement.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
