Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, instrumentation,

New Product Development (NPD)
Support NPD projects from concept to product launch.
Participate in project planning and execution.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Purchase team for project execution.

Testing & Validation
Develop test plans for recent solenoid valve products.
Perform functional, performance, life cycle, pressure, leakage, temperature, and electrical testing.
Operate and maintain testing equipment, test fixtures - setups and measurement instruments.
Analyse test data, identify failure modes, and recommend design or process improvements.
Prepare detailed test reports and validation documents.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of test procedures, engineering changes, drawings, and validation reports.
Prepare SOPs, work instructions, technical documents, and project status reports.

Experience Requirements
3–8 Years in related field

Additional Requirements
Robust understanding of solenoid valves, fluid systems, pneumatics, and electromechanical products.
Knowledge of validation techniques, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerances.
Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
Hands-on experience with pressure, leakage, endurance, and electrical testing equipment.
Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
