Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and efficient Office Administrator to support our day-to-day office operations. The candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, documentation, communication, record maintenance, and supporting staff and management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and routine activities.
Maintain office records, files, documents, and databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and official correspondence.
Prepare letters, reports, notices, and other office documents.
Maintain attendance, staff records, and other administrative details.
Coordinate with trainers, staff members, schools, and management.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and office activities.
Maintain and update Excel sheets and other records.
Assist with recruitment-related administrative activities when required.




Monitor office stationery and other administrative requirements.
Follow up on pending documents, reports, and tasks.
Support management in day-to-day administrative work.
Ensure smooth coordination between the office and field/school teams.

Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Positive typing and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain records accurately.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
