Job Summary

We are looking for a Project & Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Operations team. The role involves project tracking, client coordination, CRM management, team follow-ups, interdepartmental coordination, and MIS reporting to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day Operations team activities.
Coordinate between Sales, Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, Installation, Accounts, and AMC teams.
Track project progress, timelines, and pending activities.
Manage and regularly update CRM and project records.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and project-related queries.
Ensure timely completion of site visits, material requirements, installation, and project closure.
Monitor team tasks and follow up for timely completion.
Prepare MIS,



project status, and operational reports for management.
Maintain proper project documentation and handover records.
Identify operational delays/issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Escalate critical operational matters to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Operations / Project Coordination / Project Management.
Experience coordinating or handling an Operations team.
Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
Robust ownership and accountability.
