What youll do
Build and ship Android apps in Kotlin, or cross-platform in Flutter
Integrate on-device models where privacy or offline use demands it
Handle camera, OCR and audio capture pipelines
Manage Play Store submission, policy compliance and releases
Instrument apps so we can see what users actually do
What we need
Kotlin and/or Flutter
REST API consumption and offline sync
Play Store release process
Firebase or equivalent
Nice to have
TensorFlow Lite or MediaPipe
Swift / SwiftUI
CameraX
