Job Role The candidate will work with hospitals on NABH quality-system implementation under the guidance of a Senior NABH Consultant/Technical Lead.
Key responsibilities include:
Department-wise NABH implementation and regular hospital visits
Gap-closure follow-up and implementation tracking
Preparation, coordination and maintenance of policies, SOPs, forms and records
Coordination with hospital management, Quality Manager, HODs, nursing and other departments
Staff training and implementation follow-up
Quality indicator monitoring and evidence collection
Internal audit coordination
RCA & CAPA follow-up
Documentation and compliance evidence maintenance
Preparation for mock assessment and accreditation assessment
NC closure follow-up
Daily/weekly project-status reporting to OHS
Working under the technical guidance of the Senior NABH Consultant
Candidate Profile Preferred qualification: MHA / MBA Hospital Administration / B.Sc or M.Sc Nursing / Hospital Management or equivalent healthcare qualification.
Mandatory: At least 2–3 years hands-on hospital Quality/NABH experience.
Candidates should have practical exposure to NABH standards, documentation, implementation, quality indicators, internal audits, RCA/CAPA, staff training and assessment preparation.
This is not a desk-only documentation role. The person must be comfortable visiting hospitals regularly, interacting with HODs/staff and following implementation until closure.
Candidates with only ISO/manufacturing quality experience and no practical hospital NABH exposure need not apply.
