Experience: 1015 Years

Client: a manufacturer of cast iron / ductile iron fittings, automotive castings, heavy engineering components, pump parts and industrial castings , I would recommend creating industry-specific JDs that attract foundry, casting, automotive, valve, pump, and heavy engineering candidates.

Role Overview

Lead Current Product Development activities for OEM customers, ensuring successful development and launch of cast components from concept to serial production.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete NPD lifecycle from RFQ to production approval.
Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with design, tooling, production, quality, and customers.
Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and process validation activities.
Lead prototype and sample development.




Ensure timely product launches and customer approvals.
Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Interface with automotive, pump, valve, and engineering OEM customers.
