Role Description

This is a full time role at NoCap Foods’ headquartered in Jaipur, requiring a solid foundation in food science, creativity in clean-label product innovation and a passion for nutrition-forward snacking.

You’ll be actively involved in product formulation, conducting trials, ensuring quality compliance, and working with manufacturing partners to uphold our highest food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP). Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development
Develop recent products across healthy-snacking categories.
Convert product ideas/concepts into actual formulations.
Work on ingredient selection, proportions, flavours, textures and nutritional targets.
Develop multiple prototypes and improve them based on sensory feedback.
Trial & Sampling
Conduct kitchen/lab-scale trials and coordinate pilot batches.
Test different ingredients, seasonings, processing conditions and recipes.




Identify and solve issues related to taste, texture, colour, crispiness, oil absorption, moisture, etc.
Coordinate sensory evaluation and document feedback.

3.Nutrition & Regulatory
Develop formulations according to required nutritional targets.
Coordinate nutritional testing and laboratory analysis.
Work with the team on FSSAI-compliant nutrition declarations and product claims.
Check ingredient specifications, allergen information and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring:
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations, including FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards.
Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
