Role: Operations Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator (In office)

Job Location: Sebiz Square, Sector 67, Mohali, Punjab

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, with Saturday Availability

Work Model: 100% On-Site (Work from Office)

Core Responsibilities for This Role:
Answering incoming calls for booking requests, schedule updates, or delays.
Confirming trip details, pickup times, and special requirements with clients prior to dispatch.
Handling client complaints or emergency updates during transit.
Monitoring active trips in real time using GPS or fleet management software.
Verifying driver clock-ins, trip start times, and completed drop-offs.
Re-routing drivers during traffic jams, weather delays,



or vehicle breakdowns.
Reviewing trip logs, miles driven, and completion receipts for accuracy.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, driver rest breaks, and hours-of-service limits.
Cross-checking completed trips against billing records before sending invoices to accounting.
Entering trip data into your dispatch software or transportation management system (TMS).
Assigning drivers and vehicles to upcoming routes based on availability and efficiency.
Reporting vehicle maintenance issues flagged by drivers to the fleet manager.
Worked on other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
