Skill : Oracle Fusion ORC OR Redwood OR Pay Roll

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Oracle Fusion HCM ORC / Redwood / Payroll Functional or Techno-Functional role based in Indore. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules (including ORC, Redwood, and Payroll), and supporting end-to-end implementation activities.

Daily responsibilities include translating business processes into system configurations, performing system testing, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with technical teams on integrations, and preparing functional documentation. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders to provide consulting support, optimize HR and payroll workflows, and assist with user training and post-go-live support.

Qualifications
Solid understanding of Business Process design and optimization, especially in HR and payroll domains, and ability to map processes to Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
Experience in client-facing Consulting activities,



including requirement gathering, solution design, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM, ORC, Redwood, and Payroll configurations.
Knowledge of system Integration concepts involving Oracle applications, including data flows, interfaces, and coordination with technical teams.
Relevant experience in a Functional or Techno-Functional Oracle HCM role, with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Robust written and verbal communication skills for documentation, user training, and stakeholder interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Oracle certifications in HCM or Payroll are an advantage.
