We are seeking a qualified and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of eye conditions and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat eye diseases, injuries, and vision-related conditions.
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
Prescribe medications, spectacles, and other appropriate treatments.
Perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries as per specialization and expertise.
Manage conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal disorders, and other eye diseases.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Work collaboratively with optometrists, technicians, nurses, and other healthcare specialists.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
Qualifications
MBBS with MS/MD/DNB/Diploma in Ophthalmology.
Valid medical registration.
Relevant experience in ophthalmology preferred.
Freshers may also be considered, depending on the requirement.
