About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive for Frozen Fun (premium gelato brand) to manage our city operations across Zomato, Swiggy, and Quick Commerce platforms. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role where you will be responsible for inventory, replenishment, and logistics across partner dark stores and warehouses.

What You’ll Do
Manage daily operations across Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
Visit partner dark stores regularly to check inventory, stock availability, and ageing.
Ensure products are replenished on time and minimize stock-outs.
Manage inventory movement across: Kitchen → City Mother Warehouse → Dark Stores
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely movement of products.
Reconcile physical vs. system inventory and resolve discrepancies.
Track sales,



inventory, replenishment, and stock-outs across locations.
Maintain daily/weekly MIS and operational dashboards.
Coordinate with platform teams to resolve operational issues.

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in Operations / Supply Chain / FMCG / QSR / Food / Quick Commerce.
Experience with Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart is preferred.
Solid understanding of inventory and distribution.
Comfortable travelling across the city and working on-ground.
Positive Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Solid ownership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
