Data Scientist

We are looking for 2 Data Scientists to support a Hyper Personalization Transformation project with a leading Indian bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive modelling solutions

• Build customer segmentation and propensity models

• Analyse customer behaviour and transaction data to drive personalized experiences

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop data driven solutions

• Support NBO/NBA and contextual decisioning use cases where applicable

• At least one resource should have hands on experience developing GenAI prototypes or applications

Must Have:

• 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning

• Solid Python and SQL skills

• Experience in customer segmentation and predictive modelling

• Experience in banking, financial services, or customer analytics is preferred

• GenAI prototype/application development experience for at least one candidate

• Exposure to NBO/NBA, propensity modelling, or contextual bandits is advantageous

• Immediate availability preferred. Candidates with a short notice period will also be considered

• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Mumbai
